Forx is an interactive storytelling platform where users explore stories with multiple endings driven by the choices they make. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

- Each story features branching narratives with multiple possible endings
- The storyline progresses based on the choices made by the user at key decision points
- Users may replay stories to explore alternative paths and unlock different endings
- All stories and episodes are available to explore within the App

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
- Share, redistribute, record, or publicly display story content without our written permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through any community features within the App
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers
5. Interactive Content and Story Forx
Stories on Forx are fictional works of interactive entertainment. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All stories, characters, and scenarios are fictional and created for entertainment purposes
- The choices you make within stories do not reflect real-world consequences and are confined to the narrative experience
- Some stories may contain mature themes, emotional content, or depictions of conflict suitable for the App's age rating
- Story availability, including specific episodes and endings, may change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove story content at any time
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to stories, characters, dialogue, artwork, illustrations, animations, music, sound effects, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App
- Create derivative works based on our stories or characters
- Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes
- Record, screenshot, or capture story content for redistribution
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The availability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the App

- The compatibility of the App with your device
- The preservation of your story progress or data in the event of technical failures
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Loss of story progress or account data due to technical issues
- Unauthorised access to your account
- Any content within stories that you find objectionable or distressing
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including analytics providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data, including story progress
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
